MORINGA RECIPES FOR DETOX

This would be a perfect choice for your alternative healthy or vegan diet. As we all know, Moringa has been making a buzz around because of its nutrient-packed benefits. Among of its health benefits are:

  • Moringa is nutrient-dense. It contains more nutritional content than any other green vegetable with more fiber, protein, and vitamins. One way to get it is with powdered form.
  • Moringa prevents malnutrition. According to the study, it has 9x protein than plain yogurt, 10x vitamin A than a carrot, 15x potassium than bananas, 17x calcium than milk, 25x iron than spinach.
  • Moringa helps to fight diabetes. Its powder can help reduce blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and increase glucose tolerance.
  • Moringa has complete protein levels. According to Protein Digestibility-Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) who are responsible for measuring quality dietary protein, moringa ranks the highest on the scale of 0-1, while other vegetables rank from 0.75.
  • Moringa helps with cardiovascular issues. The antioxidant content in moringa helps rid against cholesterol build-up, inflammations, and reduce the numbers of free-radicals. While its fiber content can improve bowel movements, gaining weight, reducing high blood pressure, and reducing the risk of stroke and diabetes.

If you are new to this, this is commonly grown in Asian, South American, and African countries. Along with your freshly picked green leafy vegetables, you can add this to your daily meal. Whether it’s the leaves, pod, or powder, you can absolutely use this in any way.
